Amsterdam considered a world city by the Globalization and World Cities study group.Amsterdam is the Netherlands’capital, identified for its artistic tradition elaborate canal system and narrow buildings with gabled facades, legacies of the city is 17th-century Golden Age.  Its Museum District houses Amsterdam canal system is the result of cognisant city planning,In the early 17th century, when immigration was at high, a complete plan was developed that was based on 4 concentric half-circles of canals with their ends emerging at the bay. Famous as the Grachtengordel, three of the canals were mostly for residential development: the Herengracht.
